Abundance grows where attention goes, so we’ll take time to appreciate what we’re harvesting in our life this season for Mabon/Fall Equinox. We will also start playing with Shadow Work by finding gratitude even for/through uncomfortable moments.

A family tree should be more than dry names with dates of births and deaths. We’ll explore the patterns in our family and connect to our heritage and ancestors this month in preparation for Samhain.

I shall not Shit Talk! Take on the No Shit Talk November Challenge and use this time to analyze why you get the urge to talk shit about yourself and others. This is potent Shadow Work!

December is all about Yule and the holiday season. We’ll practice integrating our Shadow Work and learn how to create a personalized ritual for Yule.

This month is the start of Intuitive Tarot, a new course for Spiral Within this season. Sigil creation will also be explored this month.

We’ll begin this month by celebrating Imbolc and using Brigid’s flame to burn away connections we no longer need in our lives, also known as Cord Cutting. We’ll be nurturing the relationships that do sustain us, starting with ourselves. Love magic will be discussed this month.

We’ll shake off the last of winter together and get ready to embrace the return of the Sun by setting goals for the Light Half of the Year as we reemerge from our Spiral Within cocoon at Ostara/Spring Equinox. By learning about Candle Magic and Vision Boards, you’ll feel confident and ready to step into the light and shine for the world to see!

Pagan can mean many things, but it technically means “a person holding religious beliefs other than those of the main world religions”. I’ve sat in circle with plenty of Christian pagans, contradictory as it might seem. Pagans also use other words such as witch, heathen, or earth-based spirituality. Trying to define the religious views of all pagans is near impossible because at our core we are non-conformists.

And that’s what I want to offer you.

I have my views and beliefs, but you don’t have to agree with me to be in this circle. In fact, I don’t want you to blindly believe anything I say until you experience it yourself. That’s how I approached this path, and I’m so solid in my views now, because everything I believe, I’ve experienced. And that certainty through experience is what I want to give to you through our time together.

~ The planet is a living being (Mother Earth), both metaphorically and literally as a giant ecosystem

~ We are all children of Mother Earth (since we are physically made from her)

~ All living beings are animated with a unifying life force

~ We, as Earthlings, thrive best when we are in harmony with the seasons

~ Our thoughts create our reality much more than we are taught

~ Magic is harnessing that life force that flows though everything with intention (thoughts) to create a change

-or- Energy + Intention = Magic

~ I have no idea what deities (Gods and Goddesses) are, I like working with some, but don’t know if they are just an archetype my brain likes or an actual entity (and I don’t care either way)

~ I lean towards reincarnation, but my spirituality is focused on the now and the comfort that my body goes back to Mother Earth is my “afterlife”

And again, because this is important, I don’t want you to believe any of this unless it makes sense for you. You should make up your own mind through your lived experiences. I’m only sharing to be totally transparent with where I come from before you commit to working with me.

Yup! It totally is, and I think any spiritual practice that doesn’t have a focus on personal growth is lacking something vitally important. And I think self reflection is even more important for people that practice magic. When we’re setting intentions and focusing our energy to manifest our dreams, we better know ourselves first or things could get real weird real fast. And by having the touch stone of each pagan holiday equally spaced throughout the year, we can reflect back and witness our growth as we sync our inner world to the outer world. Neo-paganism has self-help woven throughout and I think it’s a beautiful byproduct of this practice that I hardily encourage.

~ More deeply understand your subconscious patterns so you can shift them in a more potent, intentional direction (aka Shadow Work)

~ Get clearer on what you truly want in life and notice the ways you hold yourself back

~ Master the divination tools of Tarot and astrology to better trust your intuition

~ Meet other Earth-loving people and form supportive relationships

~ The accountability and connection that only practicing in a group can provide

~ Learn about Paganism and integrate a more grounded, Earth-centered spirituality into your life

~ Have the tools to celebrate and honor the holidays in the Dark Half of the Year for the rest of your life (if you so choose!)

I can’t promise you’ll meet the love of your life, have financial success, buy your dream home, or any other external goal you may have, though these practices certainly won’t hurt those chances! Using these practices I have met an amazing lover, shifted into dream careers I never thought possible and deeply love my life. I can promise that you will know yourself much more deeply, and you will have tools to start moving decisively in the direction of your dreams, with me and the rest of the coven cheering you on along the way.
